- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆They are thieves and shari wont even take my call I have only been able to speak with her staff and when I ask to speak directly with her they put me on hold and then change the subject without even acknowledging that I wanted to speak with the agent they took almost $600 from my account fraudulently and it's been over a month and they have not directly answered my question where is my refund but they do sincerely apologize but I will have to wait three additional weeks, Don't trust these people with your account and don't support and agent who can't even speak to her customers directly I have filed a formal compliant to the insurance division.By A Google User, April 21, 2017
